Services Offered
GoodHealth21 Diagnostics offers a wide range of diagnostic services including ECG, ELR, Holter, EEG, EMG, PFT, ABPM, Sleep Study, and other health tests across Delhi NCR.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
- Appointments can be booked through our website, helpline, or by contacting our customer support team.
- Once a booking is confirmed, our team will schedule a visit at your preferred time slot.
- In case you wish to cancel your appointment:
- Sleep Test: A cancellation charge of ₹1500/- will be applicable if the test is cancelled after confirmation.
- All Other Tests: A cancellation charge of ₹500/- will be applicable if the test is cancelled after confirmation.
- No refund will be processed once the technician has reached the customer location or if the service has already commenced.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after deduction of applicable cancellation charges.
Payments
- Payments must be made as per the invoice shared at the time of booking or service.
- Pre-booking fees or advance payments are non-refundable except in cases of valid cancellation as per the above policy.
- All payments must be completed before the report is released.
Home Visits
Customers must ensure a safe, hygienic, and accessible environment for our technicians during home visits. In case of unsafe or inaccessible conditions, our team reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the visit.
Reports & Accuracy
All diagnostic reports are generated and verified by qualified professionals. However, these reports are meant for clinical support and should not replace the advice of a registered medical practitioner.
Intellectual Property
All content, including text, graphics, images, logos, and trademarks displayed on this website, is the exclusive property of GoodHealth21 Diagnostics and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
GoodHealth21 Diagnostics shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our website or diagnostic services.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi NCR, India.
